Making Measurable Goals
Set a Goal for Lifestyle Change
A. Choose an activity you really like, and make your goal realistic to your fitness level.
B. Long Term: Decide what you want to achieve, and when you want to reach that goal (Write it down
C. Short-term goals: Create monthly and weekly plans that will build toward your long-term goal. This and will help you stay motivated!
D. Reward Yourself: Let's face it-life is busy, and there are many excuses not to stick to your plan.
