*There is a $50.00 set-up fee if you require set up or tear down for your event. This fee will be waived if neither service is required.
*Any additional staff time requested outside of regular hours will be charged at a rate of $12.00/hr.
For bartending services: $ 10.00 / hr. with a minimum charge of $ 40.00. This includes two (2) staff, one to serve as a door monitor as required.

$ 40.00 - $ 75.00 pending on extent of use.
Benefit Functions
With Bar Service: No charge
No Bar Service: Centre must recover any costs incurred (Cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis)
Bartenters It is mandatory; we have two (2) staff on for the Meadowland Room and the Gymnasium. This is to ensure we have a bartender and a door monitor. Note: Should you request a 2nd. bartender, there will be an additional $ 50.00 surcharge applied. However, if during the event the bar revenue exceeds $1000, the surcharge will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy Deposit is non-refundable unless the NSCC is able to re-book the date in question. Should cancellation be a result of unforeseen circumstances, the board will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

LENDING POLICY
FOR
TABLES & CHAIRS
Tables & chairs, property of the North Shore Community Centre, may be lent to Community Groups and/or Organizations within the Covehead Rd, West Covehead & Stanhope parameters.
Lending of tables and/or chairs CANNOT conflict with Community Centre events
Confirmation of availability will be given no earlier than 48 hours of time requested for usage.
Pick-up & return of borrowed goods MUST be within the Centre's normal working hours
(Mon - Fri 9:00am - 1:00pm). A surcharge will be levied on after hour calls.
Groups/Organizations are required to sign our lending agreement, stating the number of tables and/or chairs requested.
Borrower will be required to financially recover any damages or lost items.
Upon return, the Centre's Manager will inspect each item. If everything in returned in it's original condition, the Manager will in turn provide borrower a signed copy of their lending agreement releasing them of any further responsibility.
In the case of a unique situation, usage must be pre-approved by the Board.

manage the Centre and the facilities for the benefit of the residents of the
community, to organize community special events, to fund-raise, and to
